Offer Accepted

Once your offer has been accepted, you will be sent an offer letter which outlines the terms of the tenancy. We will also send you a copy of the following documents:

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

An EPC gives tenants an indication of how energy efficient a property is.

Template of the tenancy agreement.

Tenancy deposit prescribed information.

This gives information of where the deposit will be held and what happens at the end of the tenancy.

We ask to see a copy of your passport before we can allow the tenancy to commence along with a proof of address. You will be asked to fill out an application form and pay a holding deposit, which equates to 1 weeks rent of the agreed rental figure, to secure the property.
