Following viewings at the property, we take details from all interested applicants that would like to apply for the tenancy to ensure they meet the Landlords criteria.
The Landlord will then make the ultimate decision as to which potential tenant they would like to start the application process. If the tenant meets all requirements following the in-depth reference checks, they can sign the tenancy agreement and tenancy commences from the agreed date.
