Prior to your move in date, we will employ a third-party company to carry out a detailed professional inventory which records the condition of the property and its fixture and fittings. It is important for you to go through the inventory at this stage; this is your opportunity to highlight any dilapidations in the property.
Once all the above has been completed, you will be able to collect your keys on the tenancy start date.
